If your child would like to join Lacrosse Club or Multi Skills Club, please complete the separate letter that has been sent home. Copies are available in the office. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. There is a charge for these clubs.
If your child wants to join any of the above clubs, please complete and return the slip below (even if your child is already a member). We will contact you only if your child has NOT been allocated a place.
Please note that children will be expected to attend clubs EVERY WEEK. If they cannot attend (eg dental appointment), a letter must be sent into school. Thank you
