Brooksiders is a registered Out of School Care Club. The number of children received on the premises does not exceed 24 children on any one day.
Brooksiders’ staff ensure that the premises and equipment are well maintained and kept safe regular checks are undertaken. The venue is warm and welcoming, there are lots of activities, and equipment is provided which reflects differences in ages/abilities and our multi-cultural society.
Brooksiders’ staff aim to provide a relaxed, stimulating and caring environment where children are able to unwind and express themselves through play. The children are encouraged to have fun outside school hours. The staff aim to aid the children in their interaction and socialisation with their peers and adults, increasing independence and self esteem.
Activities include: baking, art and crafts, board games and, weather permitting, outside play.
