Brookside Baby and Toddler Group Summer 2 Newsletter 2010
Just 5 weeks to go before we break up for summer. Our theme this half term is the Zoo. We have lots of exciting craft activities for you to try and we will finish with a party on the 21st July.
Many thanks to all of you who took part (or kindly donated) in the Big Toddle. So far we have raised £235 but will let you know the final amount when all the money is collected. Well Done!
A few reminders to make our group as safe and enjoyable for everyone.
- Please remember you are responsible for the supervision of your own child at all times.
- Please ensure your child sits down at snack time and adults sit down when having hot drinks.
- Please leave your pushchair outside or if you need to bring it into the hall, please ensure it does not block the doors.
Please ensure that wherever you park, you are not obstructing the pavement or anybodies driveway. You may be fined if you do!
A few dates for your diaries
23.06.10 - we will be doing mark making activities as part of the Everybody Writes Project that is taking place in school. Busy Bees and Reception children are joining us for song time.
26.06.10-Brooksides Summer Carnival fair 11.30 until 2.30. We would love to see you there!
30.06.10- Brookside School Open morning. More mark making activities and an opportunity to visit Busy bees and look around the school.
20.07.10- Brookside School Open Evening. Another opportunity to look around the school.
21.07.10- Zoo themed party and last session until 15.09.10
